- If there is no response on WhatsApp, we will attempt to confirm your order through a direct phone call.
- Orders will not be dispatched without confirmation.
3. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
- Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.
- Orders above PKR 5,000 may require 25% advance payment (if applicable).

- Standard shipping charges may apply on orders below PKR 5,000.
