Refund policy
At Casa Blend, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Important Condition for Damage Claims:
Customers must inspect their parcel immediately upon delivery. If the product is damaged, scratched, broken, or has any abnormality, you must contact Casa Blend within 12 hours of receiving the parcel via WhatsApp with clear pictures or videos as proof.
Damage claims reported after 12 hours of delivery will not be eligible for return or refund.
Returns are only eligible if:
- You have received the wrong item.
- The product was damaged during delivery (reported within 12 hours).
- The product has a manufacturing defect (reported within 12 hours).
If the product is received in perfect condition (no damage, no defect, fresh finish), you may still request a return within 7 days, provided the item remains unused and in its original condition and packaging.
We do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference.

Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
3. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it.
If the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or has any issue, contact us within 12 hours of delivery with clear pictures or videos via WhatsApp so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.
Claims made after 12 hours of receiving the parcel will not be entertained.

5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an eligible product, please contact us first. Once the return is approved and received, you may place a new order for the desired item.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- Refund processing may take 7–10 business days.
- Bank processing times may vary depending on your provider.
